But just because it wasn’t a deal for me doesn’t mean it wasn’t a deal for someone else.
I got it under contract for $150K and assigned it for $168K, making an $18K profit with a smooth, transparent transaction from start to finish. I go over how I found it through direct mail, why I passed on flipping it, and how I still made money by assigning it to another investor.
